2/3/2017 1 Comment Plant based "Meatloaf" recipeI know I've been rubbing this recipe in your face all over my snapchat but I just couldn't help myself. I probably could've sat down with the whole thing and finished it off but I needed self control to grab a photo of it before feasting commenced. I grabbed the recipe from One Green Planet and made a few adjustments as I made mine. Also, going into my second month of being completely plant based. I have no cheat meals and I genuinely love what I eat. The cravings come and go but even if you're simply trying to eat cleaner your mindset will make or break you. If you tell yourself "man it sucks that I can't have that it sounds sooooo good" then yea it's like constantly torturing yourself. Keep your thoughts in line with your goals and remember that you're in the process of forming new habits while breaking old ones and it's tough.
