You know how when you open a recipe and you have to scroll for 10 years just to get to the part you actually are interested in? LOL or is that just me. Anyway, here is the pancake recipe I posted on my Instagram (@katie_weykamp_fit). I just figured I'd add it here so that all the recipes can be in one spot. Happy eating! Ingredients: - 3 cups oat flour (I just put quick oats into a blender on high speed) - 2 cups nut milk of choice -2 spotty bananas Directions: 1. Blend the quick oats in a blender on high speed until it reaches a flour texture. 2. Add in the milk and bananas and blend again until fully incorporated. 3. Grease a pan with coconut oil and pour the batter into large pancakes.
